A good day with Xav finally arriving after 36hrs of travel. Shopping at REI, AMH and Walmart for the final necessities: a few more carabiners, spare batteries, bottle insulator, sun screen, sun hat.
Back to the hotel exhausted, had to take a nap while Xavier was cleaning his gear and watching ‘Ratatouille’. Then wild salmon and Caesar salad dinner at Alaska Brewery which is across from our hotel.
Ready for bed.
